[July 30, 2011 marks the Actual Total Training Hours At 16,800 hours implemented within the time frame of 35 years: 1976-2011. ] This was and is not a sport but a Life, Health, and Physical Conditioning Endeavor Conducive Towards Becoming What We Were Designed To Become Individually and to include Generally.

This Total Training Hour Does Not Include the Training Hours from 1967 through before 1976.  My Early Years Mark My Learning and Being Guided by Others and My Later Years Mark My Learning and Guiding Others; These Time Frames Together are a Total of 44+ years to date.

A Look at the meaning and significance of 'Mu:'

Mu: Wú: Mou2:"A spirit of the dead that failed to ascend to the heavens - in Japanese folklore.  Some have evil intent, but most are not that powerful.  They are often depicted as flaming balls.”
